Another goal this week is to cook ever single night the last two weeks I’ve been kinda slack.
We’ve eaten things like corn dogs and frozen burritos. Don’t judge.
Dinner one, elk meatloaf.
Two slices of French bread-cubed
Half an onion
And some mushroom for fun
Through it all in a crockpot- I covered ours in half tomato sauce , or what you Americans call ketchup, and half homemade BBQ sauce.
Let it cook for ages. About five ish hours.
I served it with a side of sweet potato, that’s all I had to work with.
And I opted not to take a picture because really meatloaf is not photogenic it just tastes good.
Dallas was massively impressed.
